Shipping policy

US Shipping.  

    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days when inventory is available, excluding holidays and during processing a high volume of orders. 

    *All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

    Standard

    Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of USPS, and several regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.

    This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day.

    Shipment Tracking

    Email notifications will be sent out upon your order leaving our facility. This info is emailed to the address provided on the order, so be sure to provide us with a valid email address. Please wait 1 business day after the order is placed to contact us if you have not received a USPS tracking notification.

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mellowway.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
